How to Set Secure Print on the PC/Laptop.

Step 1 - Configure Secure Print ID and Password on the Printer Driver.

  1.  Go to Control Panel, Devices & Printers, right click of the Konica Minolta Printer, select Printing Preferences.

  1. Select Basic Tab, Choose User Setting to set the Secure Print ID and Password.

  1. Set desired Document ID and Password for secure print, click OK to save the setting.

 

Step 2 - Login to Konica Minolta Machine to print a document using Secure Print.

  1. On the Printer, Click on Menu Button, Select User box.

 

  1. On the Printer, Click on Menu Button, Select User box.

 

  1. Choose System, select User Box.

 

  1. Key In Username and Password that previously save on Printer Driver, and click OK to save it.

 

  1. Highlight the document want to print and click on Print to print the document.
